1. Event Period
October 27, 2026, 16:00 – October 31, 2026, 23:59 (UTC+8)
No registration required. All eligible Trade Perps orders completed during the event will be automatically included in the calculations.
2. Trading Requirements (Applicable to Both Challenges)
To participate in the Dark Night Profit King and Ghost Strike King challenges, traders must meet the following requirements:

Open Trade Perps positions during the event using one of the following specified opening amounts:
11 / 21 / 31 / 51 / 101 / 501 / 1001 USDT/USDC

No restrictions on leverage, trading direction, or trading pairs.

Positions must be opened after the event begins and fully closed before the event ends.

There is no limit on the number of eligible trades. All qualifying orders will be included in the calculations.

The same set of eligible orders will automatically count toward both challenges. No separate registration or additional trades are required.

Both profitable and losing trades will be included in the calculations. Reward eligibility depends on the specific requirements of each challenge.

3. Prize Pool 1: Dark Night Profit King | Cumulative Net Profit Challenge
Total Prize Pool: 200 USDT
During the event, the system will calculate each user’s cumulative net profit from all eligible orders. Users will qualify for reward tiers based on their final cumulative net profit.

Calculation Rules:

The cumulative net profit of all eligible orders placed by each Mixin ID during the event will be calculated.

Profits and losses will offset each other. The final cumulative net profit determines the reward tier.

Each Mixin ID can qualify for only one reward tier in this challenge.

Each tier’s prize pool will be equally shared among all eligible Mixin IDs that meet its requirements.
4. Prize Pool 2: Ghost Strike King | Highest Single-Trade Net ROE Challenge
Total Prize Pool: 100 USDT
During the event, the system will identify the eligible trade with the highest net ROE for each user. The corresponding ROE determines the reward tier.

Calculation Rules:

Only the eligible trade with the highest net ROE from each Mixin ID will be considered.

Users will qualify for one reward tier based on that trade’s net ROE. Multiple-tier rewards within the same challenge are not allowed.

Users whose highest single-trade net ROE is below 5% will not qualify for this prize pool.

Each tier’s prize pool will be equally shared among all eligible Mixin IDs that meet its requirements.
5. Dual Kings Challenge | One Set of Trades, Two Rewards!
The same set of eligible orders will count toward both challenges. No additional trades are required!
Cumulative Profit Challenge: The net profits and losses of all eligible orders are combined to determine your Dark Night Profit King reward tier.
Highest ROE Challenge: Your single eligible trade with the highest net ROE determines your Ghost Strike King reward tier.
Double Rewards: Both challenges are calculated independently. If you meet the requirements of both, you can share rewards from two separate prize pools!
Example
Suppose User A completes four eligible trades during the event:

Dark Night Profit King Challenge:

User A qualifies for the Undead Knight tier and becomes eligible to share the 55 USDT prize pool.
Ghost Strike King Challenge:
The highest single-trade net ROE is 45%.
User A qualifies for the Ghost Strike King tier and becomes eligible to share the 40 USDT prize pool.
Final Result:
User A qualifies to share rewards from both the 55 USDT + 40 USDT prize pools!
The actual reward received will be calculated by equally dividing each prize pool among the final number of eligible participants in the corresponding tier.
6. Event Terms & Conditions

Only eligible Trade Perps orders opened with the specified amounts during the event and fully closed before the event ends will be counted.

The Cumulative Net Profit Challenge includes the net profit and loss of all eligible orders. Profits and losses offset each other, and the final cumulative net profit determines the reward tier.

The Highest Single-Trade Net ROE Challenge considers only the eligible order with the highest net ROE for each user.

Each Mixin ID may qualify for a maximum of one reward tier per challenge. Rewards from the two challenges can be combined.

Each reward tier’s prize pool will be equally shared among all eligible Mixin IDs that meet its requirements. If no users qualify for a particular tier, its prize pool will not be distributed.

Demo trading, fake orders, wash trading, matched trading, bulk account registration, bot trading, and any other abnormal or manipulative trading activities are strictly prohibited.

If multiple IP addresses, devices, linked accounts, or other suspicious activities are detected and verified by the platform, the associated accounts may be disqualified from the event.

All trading data, eligibility determinations, and reward results are subject to Mixin’s final backend verification and review.
