**Rule #1:**Never share your mnemonic (seed) phrase.
**Rule #2:**Beware of impersonators — always verify official accounts.
**Rule #3:**Never engage in private messages (DMs) with anyone offering help.
**Rule #4:**Never enter your mnemonic phrase on any website.
**Rule #5:**Never trust anyone asking you to “verify your wallet.” Mixin will never ask for this via email.
**Rule #6:**Never import a private key or mnemonic given by others.
**Rule #7:**Mixin Support will never contact you first via DM.
**Rule #8:**Do NOT join or trust support via: WhatsApp/WeChat/Telegram/Twitter/X DMs
**Rule #9:**Report scammers — help protect the community.
